DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Damaged or defective products must be reported within 10 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Please send an email to berrysweettowels@gmail.com with your order number and detailed photos of the defect and we will be happy to help.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

We all have our own care preferences, but to help make your towels last longer wash in cold water with mild detergent and tumble dry on low. Do not use fabric softener or dryer sheets. Ideally, it is best to not wash or dry Berry Sweet Towels with other fabric types, especially cotton as lint will stick to the fibers of the microfiber. Washing and drying only with other microfiber products is best. Do not iron.

Berry Sweet Towels can be used for so many things! Here are a few of our favorite uses:

• Drying dishes
• Drying hands
• Wiping countertops and tables
• Dusting
• Polishing
• Streak-Free Cleaning of mirrors and stainless steel

Do not use as a hot pad or to take hot things out of the oven!
