DOMESTIC SHIPPING

At this time, Berry Sweet Towels, LLC only ships within the United States. Orders will ship in 3-5 business days.

Once orders leave our processing center, Berry Sweet Towels, LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages unless shipping insurance is purchased.

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be charged $15 shipping to have your order re-sent.

SHIPPING INSURANCE/ REDO

You can protect your package for a small fee with shipping insurance (Redo) at checkout. Shipping insurance covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages or items. If shipping insurance is not purchased, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages or items. Contact berrysweettowels@gmail.com for any questions. 

 

RESHIP 

Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be charged $15 shipping & handling to have your order re-sent. Orders will be refunded net of the $15 handling fee if the package is not reshipped.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Berry Sweet Towels, LLC is not shipping internationally at this time.
